1. Information we receive

When you submit the project inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company or brand, project type, budget range, timeline, and message. We also receive information you voluntarily send by email.

2. Technical and usage information

Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, requested pages, and error logs. After you accept analytics, PostHog may process an anonymous browser identifier, page paths, referral information, device and browser details, CTA and project interactions, form-state events without submitted form content, and scroll depth. Session replay and broad automatic interaction capture are disabled. We do not use this website to create advertising profiles.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential projects.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
• Understand which content and project categories are useful.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, PostHog US Cloud for consent-based product analytics, and Discord to deliver contact-form notifications to our internal workspace. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. External links, including Steam, Google, Instagram, and client websites, are governed by those services' policies.

5. Retention

Project inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Server and analytics retention is controlled in part by Vercel and PostHog account settings and their applicable policies.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable Indonesian law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Email hello@freightpx.com with enough information for us to identify your request.

8. Children

This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the project inquiry form.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries outside Indonesia. Where applicable, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.

10. Changes and contact
