Poly Snap Privacy Policy

1. Data stored on your device

Poly Snap stores game progress and preferences locally, including completed levels, scores, streaks, clues, themes, audio and haptic settings, notification preferences, and related progression data. Local data remains on your device unless synchronized through Google Play Games cloud saves.

2. Google Play Games Services

If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google may provide Poly Snap with authentication status, player display name, player profile image, and service identifiers needed to support achievements, leaderboards, events, and cloud saves. Poly Snap submits eligible scores, achievement progress, gameplay events, and saved progress to Google Play Games at your request or while you are signed in.

When you sign in with Google Play Games or use VIP leaderboard features, Poly Snap may access, collect, or interact with the following Google-related data:

• Google Play Games player identifier, used to recognize the same signed-in player.
• Google Play Games authentication information, such as a server auth code or token exchange result, used to verify sign-in with our backend.
• Google Play Billing purchase information related to VIP entitlement, such as product ID, purchase token, purchase status, and verification result.

Poly Snap does not require your Google account email address or Google profile picture for the custom leaderboard.

3. Advertising

Poly Snap uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and other data needed to deliver, measure, limit, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising. Freightpx does not receive your name or email address from AdMob.

4. Purchases and entitlements

Poly Snap offers optional in-app purchases, including a "VIP" status to remove ads, Clue Packs (5, 25, 50), and unlockable Themes. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Freightpx may receive purchase status, product identifier, entitlement status, and transaction-related validation information, but not your full payment-card details. Please note that using the in-game reset option will permanently delete consumable purchases (like Clue Packs).

5. Why data is used

• Save and restore game progress.
• Display player profile information after Google Play Games sign-in.
• Operate achievements, leaderboards, and gameplay events.
• Serve and measure ads and grant earned rewarded-ad benefits.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain the game.
• Meet platform and legal requirements.

Poly Snap uses Google user data only for the following purposes:

• To verify that you are signed in with Google Play Games.
• To create or update your Poly Snap leaderboard profile.
• To verify whether your account has an active VIP entitlement.
• To decide whether you are eligible to submit scores to the leaderboard.
• To prevent abuse, fake accounts, replayed submissions, and leaderboard cheating.
• To provide support, troubleshoot account or entitlement issues, and comply with applicable platform requirements.

Poly Snap does not sell Google user data. Poly Snap does not use Google user data for advertising targeting. Poly Snap does not share Google user data with third parties except service providers needed to operate the game backend, comply with law, prevent abuse, or provide the user-facing leaderboard feature.

6. Leaderboard data and display

If you join the leaderboard, Poly Snap may store your public username, selected built-in avatar ID, Google Play Games player identifier, VIP entitlement status, leaderboard score, rank, submission timestamps, and gameplay completion metadata used for anti-cheat. Your public username, built-in avatar, rank, and score may be visible to other players.

Gameplay completion metadata may include stage, piece count, elapsed time, clues used, app version, platform, and submission time. This information is used to validate scores, investigate suspicious submissions, and protect leaderboard fairness.

7. Third-party providers

Google processes information according to its own policies. Review the Google Privacy Policy, Google Play Terms, and Google advertising information. Device manufacturers and app stores may also process technical information independently.

8. Retention and deletion

You may remove local Poly Snap data by using the in-game reset option, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the game. Note that the in-game reset option will permanently delete all your data, including consumable purchases. Google Play Games cloud saves, achievements, leaderboards, and profile information are managed through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.

Poly Snap keeps leaderboard and moderation records for as long as needed to provide leaderboard features, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, and comply with legal or platform obligations. You may request deletion of your leaderboard profile or related personal data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Users may also request deletion of Poly Snap-associated data through our account/data deletion request page at https://freightpx.com/polysnap/account-deletion.

When a deletion request is submitted, we will review and delete Poly Snap-associated data from our system where applicable, including leaderboard data, ranking data, and related account status data. This deletion request only applies to data stored by Poly Snap. It does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile, which are managed by Google.

Inactive leaderboard data may also be automatically deleted if there is no leaderboard update for 2 months.

9. Advertising choices

Android and Google account settings provide controls for advertising personalization and the advertising identifier. Availability varies by device, region, and account. Choosing not to personalize ads does not necessarily remove ads or prevent limited processing needed for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance.

10. Children

Poly Snap is rated 3+, but contains advertisements and optional purchases. We encourage parents and guardians to use Google Play parental controls to manage purchases and ad experiences. Freightpx does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verifiable parental consent.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the game's current systems. Google and other providers may process data in countries outside Indonesia under their own safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Poly Snap does not store

Poly Snap does not store your Google account password, payment card information, or full Google account data.

13. Changes and contact
