Poly Snap Terms of Service

1. Limited license

Freightpx grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Poly Snap for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

2. Accounts and Google Play Games

Offline play may be available without sign-in. Google Play Games features require an eligible Google account and are subject to Google's terms. You are responsible for your account security and activity. Some achievements, leaderboards, cloud saves, and profile features may be unavailable when signed out or offline.

3. Player conduct and username rules

You may not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, exploit defects, interfere with services, reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits, bypass ads or entitlements, distribute modified copies, impersonate others, or use Poly Snap for unlawful or abusive activity.

Leaderboard usernames must be appropriate for all players. Usernames may not be offensive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, impersonating another person or organization, or designed to avoid moderation. Poly Snap may reject, rename, hide, or remove usernames that violate these rules.

4. Leaderboards eligibility and resets

The Poly Snap leaderboard can be viewed by all players. Score submission and public leaderboard participation are available only to VIP players who sign in with Google Play Games and pass backend eligibility checks. VIP status shown locally in the game does not guarantee leaderboard eligibility. Poly Snap may verify VIP entitlement, Google Play Games sign-in, and leaderboard access on our backend before accepting any score.

The weekly leaderboard resets on the schedule selected by Poly Snap. Global leaderboard progress remains permanent and may include highest stage reached, total puzzles completed, player level, and lifetime score unless removed or adjusted for moderation, technical, or integrity reasons. Backend outages, network issues, Google Play service issues, or maintenance may delay or prevent score submission.

5. Cheating and score integrity

Players may not submit fake scores, use modified clients, automate gameplay, tamper with game data, replay score submissions, exploit bugs, interfere with leaderboard systems, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair leaderboard advantage.

Poly Snap may reject, hide, adjust, or remove suspicious scores. Poly Snap may temporarily or permanently remove leaderboard access for accounts involved in cheating, abuse, prohibited usernames, or suspicious activity. Freightpx may also remove or reset achievements, progress, or access where we reasonably believe they resulted from cheating, manipulation, technical error, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Advertising and rewarded benefits

The free version may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded benefits are granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ads and rewards may be unavailable because of network, inventory, provider, region, age, or device restrictions.

7. Virtual benefits and in-app purchases

Poly Snap offers in-app purchases, including a "VIP" status to remove ads, Clue Packs (5, 25, and 50 clues), and Themes. Virtual items like clues and themes have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game. Prices, billing, refunds, restoration, and cancellation are handled under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. Freightpx may modify virtual content while respecting mandatory rights. Please note that consumable purchases (like Clue Packs) may be permanently lost if you use the in-game data reset option.

8. Updates and availability

We may add, change, rebalance, suspend, or remove game features, content, events, ads, integrations, and platform support. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that Poly Snap or an online feature will always be available or compatible with every device.

9. Intellectual property

Poly Snap, including its code, art, audio, interface, text, game systems, names, and branding, is owned by Freightpx or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Freightpx may suspend access to online features or terminate this license for material violations, fraud, security threats, or where required by law or a platform provider.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Poly Snap is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Freightpx disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and store dispute processes remain applicable where required.

13. Account data deletion

Users may request deletion of Poly Snap-associated data through https://freightpx.com/polysnap/account-deletion.

Deleting Poly Snap-associated data may remove leaderboard records, ranking data, saved online progress, and related account status data where applicable.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Poly Snap changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to hello@freightpx.com.
