Tiny Tide Terms of Service

These Terms govern your download and use of Tiny Tide. Tiny Tide is operated by Freightpx in Indonesia and is intended for a general audience, with parental guidance recommended because the game may include advertisements, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, virtual currency, gacha-style rewards, and online services. By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Tiny Tide Privacy Policy.
1. Limited license
Freightpx grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Tiny Tide for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.
2. Accounts and Google Play Games
Offline play may be available without sign-in. Google Play Games features require an eligible Google account and are subject to Google's terms. You are responsible for your account security and activity. Achievements, leaderboards, cloud or online progress features, and profile features may be unavailable when signed out, offline, or using an unsupported device.
3. Player conduct
You may not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, exploit defects, interfere with services, reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits, bypass ads or entitlements, distribute modified copies, impersonate others, submit offensive names, or use Tiny Tide for unlawful or abusive activity.
4. Leaderboards and score integrity
Tiny Tide may include leaderboards for fish value, depth reached, Guardian clears, rare catches, or other gameplay statistics. Freightpx may reject, hide, adjust, or remove suspicious scores or entries. Freightpx may limit access to online features for accounts involved in cheating, abuse, prohibited names, suspicious activity, technical manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
5. Advertising and rewarded benefits
The free version may display ads, including rewarded ads and other ad formats. Rewarded benefits are granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ads and rewards may be unavailable because of network, inventory, provider, region, age, account, or device restrictions.
6. Virtual items and purchases
Tiny Tide may offer virtual currency, pearls, gems, materials, pets, pet eggs, equipment rewards, gacha pulls, Remove Ads, Starter Pack, Tide Pass, boosts, and other virtual benefits. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game, and do not create ownership of the underlying game content. Prices, billing, refunds, restoration, and cancellation are handled under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
7. Gacha and reward rules
Gacha-style rewards may provide equipment, pets, upgrade materials, or related virtual rewards according to in-game probability rules. Duplicate items may be converted into shards or materials. Freightpx may rebalance reward pools, probabilities, item stats, missions, events, and economy values while respecting mandatory rights and platform requirements.
8. Updates and availability
We may add, change, rebalance, suspend, or remove game features, content, events, ads, integrations, products, leaderboards, rewards, and platform support. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that Tiny Tide or any online feature will always be available or compatible with every device.
9. Intellectual property
Tiny Tide, including its code, art, audio, interface, text, game systems, names, branding, fish, pets, equipment, and related content, is owned by Freightpx or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Freightpx may suspend access to online features or terminate this license for material violations, fraud, security threats, platform requirements, or where required by law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Tiny Tide is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Freightpx disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and store dispute processes remain applicable where required.
13. Data deletion
You may request deletion of Tiny Tide-associated data by contacting hello@freightpx.com. Deleting Tiny Tide-associated data may remove leaderboard records, ranking data, saved online progress, purchase-related entitlement status where applicable, and related account status data. This does not delete your Google account, Google Play Games profile, or Google Play purchase history.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Tiny Tide changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to hello@freightpx.com.
